One Singular Sensation: a practical approach to bringing mindfulness off the cushion and mat and into every part of your life.
~One breath, one minute, one bite, one pose. The biggest challenge is how to make a meditation practice part of your daily life and how to make it stick. We will discuss this as well as explore mindfulness in daily activities such as eating, teeth brushing, or even housework. THIS is the class where you learn how to enhance your life!
