Insight Out Meditation Group with Donna Heyvaert


Need to make space in your life for meditation? Join us on Sundays from 10:30 - Noon at the Breathing Room.
The format is casual. We begin each session with an overview of meditation, techniques used in meditation, and challenges commonly faced followed with some gentle movement. We then meditate for 45 minutes and end with some more gentle movement and discussion about our experience.
No need to register ahead of time. Just show up at 10:30am Sundays.
All are welcome…from those experienced with meditation to those newly interested in exploring the benefits of the practice. This experience is free of charge, however donations will be accepted & dispersed to promote mediation to under served populations.

Meditation Facilitator: Donna Heyvaert

Donna began her journey in meditation in 2010 by attending a 10-Day Silent Meditation practice known as Vipassana. Since then, Donna became a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor and has taught yoga continuously since 2011. She has attended Mindfulness Meditation courses and participates in group sits.

She encourages participants to come with an openness to continue this journey together. Meditation is a journey, not a destination
