Learn the basics of Yoga with Sarah Driscoll. This 6 week course will move you through a regular yoga class slowly with pose break downs, breath work and meditation. There will be hands on training, demonstration, discussion, Q & A and handouts to give students the full introduction to what yoga is, why we do the techniques we do and how to take a group class. You will also gain better insight to your own body, abilities and spirit.
