New Moon Circle at Breathing Room Yoga

Please choose date when registering. The date varies every month based on the timing of the new moon:

Wednesday, May 8 at 7 p.m. at Breathing Room Yoga - $25
Thursday, June 6 at 6 p.m. at Prairie Patch Farm! - $30

The new moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle. It’s a powerful time to explore your inner world, plant seeds and set intentions for the month ahead. At new moon circle, you’ll be energetically held & seen by other women in a safe, sacred space as we continue the ancient tradition of women gathering under the dark moon.

Each monthly circle varies slightly, but all include a combination of guided meditation, journaling, intention setting, sharing around the circle and gentle movement. We bring intentionality and sacredness to living with the rhythm of the moon’s cycle and the seasons, creating space to show up authentically and grow in community with each other.

Circle size is limited to ten, so register early to ensure your spot. Bring a journal, pen and tea cup, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Yoga mats and blankets are available at Breathing Room, or you can bring your own. Due to limited space, refunds are not available for this event.


June 6 New Moon Circle at Prairie Patch Farm event info:

Join Lindsey Flannery & Kimberly Arjes for connection, community, self-reflection and movement at a special outdoor New Moon Circle at Prairie Patch Farm on Thursday, June 6, 2024. Held on the date of the new moon, at the height of nature’s abundance just before the summer solstice, the energy will be ripe for exploring our inner worlds, envisioning our most aligned paths and setting intentions to manifest those visions.

The circle will include a nature walk, earth and astrology insights, guided meditation, journaling, intention setting, sharing around the circle, and gentle movement. You will be able to visit with the beloved Prairie Patch Farm llamas at the fence of their enclosure.

Circle size is limited to twenty, so register early to ensure your spot. Bring a yoga mat, journal, pen and tea cup, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Make sure to dress for the weather and bring an extra layer, as it may get cooler when the sun sets. In the case of rain, the circle will be moved inside of the barn. Prairie Patch Farm is near Shueyville -- exact address and liability waiver will be sent upon registration.
