Radical Wellness Workshop for Wellness Professionals
Radical Wellness Workshop for Wellness Professionals
Saturday March 14th, 12-3:30pm
Right now, spaces where people gather, learn, heal, or organize are being asked to hold more than ever — more grief, more tension, more difference, and more responsibility — often without clear language or structure for how to do that well.
This in-person intensive is a facilitated space for people whose roles shape shared environments to examine how power, responsibility, and good intentions actually show up in the rooms we lead.
Rather than focusing on ideals or alignment alone, this workshop centers practice, accountability, and awareness-based skill building. Together, we will explore how inclusion, exclusion, avoidance, and authority operate in real spaces — often beneath the surface.
This intensive will include:
Guided reflection on what is working well, what needs attention, and what challenges we are collectively facing
A practical space audit to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for change
Skill-building around navigating difficult conversations with clarity and responsibility
Facilitated dialogue focused on discernment rather than performance or perfection
This is not a therapy session or a script-based training.
It is a facilitated learning experience designed for people willing to look honestly at how they shape the spaces they are part of.
