Yoga for Your Period: Movement, Massage and Pranayama Workshop
SUNDAY MARCH 1st 2-3:15pm
This 75 minute session integrates reflexology, gentle movement and breath-work to help relieve emotional and physical menstrual discomfort.
All bodies welcome- you don’t need to be on a period to attend!
Attendee will be seated on individual mats - with ample bolsters, blankets and blocks- for relaxing & cleansing breath, then guided to explore a short & gentle coordinated movement sequence, followed by instruction on self-massage to settle the energy before savasana.
Hot tea, chocolates & handouts detailing the sequences presented will be provided.
Reserve a spot with a friend or family member - space is limited for privacy and focus from the instructor.
This is a ticketed event and not covered by class passes or studio memberships, sorry!
