Lighten up and chill out with Soul House Wellness & Amethyst Realm on this special holiday!

Relaxing sound bath, accompanied by guided meditation with 4 restorative yoga poses, ending with individual Reiki.

Wear something comfy, bring a blanket or pillow and water bottle. Complimentary tea & brownies will be provided but feel free to bring your own special beverage.

Sarah Van Cleve, Soul House Wellness, is a Death Doula, yoga instructor and host of the monthly RETURN- yoga for people of color.

Emily Qual, Amethyst Realm, is a LMT, yoga instructor and host of Metal Yoga.

Both teach and practice at Breathing Room Yoga Studio.
