EVERY Monday @ Noon (45 minute session)
Instructors guide attendees through specific pranayama (breath-work) and techniques to achieve deeper attunement with oneself. Beginners to meditation are encouraged to attend. No yoga experience necessary - this is a minimal movement class with focus on the breath and to the mind while stimulating Kundalini energies.
Each session will feature guided meditation, sound elements (singing bowls or tuning forks) and pranayama of the day.
$20/session 45 min session
Drop in encouraged - Kid friendly! Suggested items to bring for the kiddos include stuffed animals, special blanket or pillow.
Offering is included in Studio Memberships and Class Passes.
Mats, blankets & bolsters are complimentary to use. Please bring a journal, water bottle and writing utensil.
