Snuggle away the cold with a warm, restful experience. This is the perfect experience before bed, after a busy weekend or to simply invest in your mindfulness routine.

Attendees will be supported through subtle sound - crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks and bells- while sinking deeper into relaxation through focused, gentle massage.

Movement is limited for this offering- guests will remain either seated or reclined throughout the hour session.

Blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, mat and hot beverage with chocolate provided. All are encouraged to bring a comfort item.

Sarah Van Cleve, 200RYT, owner of Soul House Wellness, is a Death Doula, yoga instructor and host of the monthly Yoga for People of Color. Emily Qual, 200RYT & LMT, owner of Amethyst Realm Massage, is a yoga instructor, LMT and host of Metal Yoga. Both teach and practice at Breathing Room Yoga Studio.
