💫Special Collaborative Sound, Reiki & Massage Session! 💫

Andrea Taylor invites Yoga Instructor & Reiki Practioner Ken Appleby, along with licenced massage therapist, Emily Qual to expand and deepen your experience in this special deep winter sound meditation.

Attendees will be treated to a short intention setting to honor the new moon plus individually focused Reiki, followed by an immersive sound meditation with gentle massage. Hot tea and chocolate will be provided- feel free to bring your own special beverage if you’d like.

Loving ourselves is so much more than bubble baths and affirmations.

Invest in an opportunity to honor that space, rest, offer yourself grace, and emerge lighter, more hopeful, and focused on ways you can be more intentional in loving all the parts of you.

This practice will include a brief intention setting and an opportunity to release those things we'd like to love ourselves through, all supported by a sound meditation.

Gongs, Drums, Crystal and Himalayan bowls will aid you in relaxing, finding stillness, and creating an atmosphere of release of self judgement. Begin this new season grounded in the beauty of who you are becoming.

Mats and props available at the studio. Please feel free to bring any personal comfort items such as blankets, pillows or warm cozy clothes to encourage your ability to relax.

All props are available at the studio, but you are encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, and warm socks for the sessions, if you desire. Hot tea and chocolates will be provided.

Pre-registration required. Please arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy the studio, community and settle into your space.
