The holidays can be a stressful, busy time of year. Gift yourself an opportunity to reset, relax and slow down before the season arrives. Immerse yourself in sound, vibration and light as we near the darkest point of the year.

All props are available at the studio, but you are encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, and warm socks for the sessions, if you desire. Hot tea and chocolates will be provided.

Pre-registration required. Please arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy the studio, community and settle into your space.
